已解决 3.6.2 无法升级，不论是在线还是离线升级都不行

提示有3.6.5 的更新。
1.点击在线更新后直接网站无法显示该页面HTTP 500
2.点击离线安装包安装出现：
Are you sure you want to install the file you uploaded?
Make sure that the update file you have uploaded comes from the official Joomla download page. Afterwards, please confirm that you want to install it by re-entering the login information for your site "****" below.
输入账号密码后
“错误，发生了一个错误，403 访问被禁止 ”

发现是Akeeba-Backup的问题，它有点问题，每次升级要先备份的，它坏了就下不去了。重装了Akeeba-Backup后就都可以进行了。
