问题 使用akeeba恢复时遇到问题

使用刚刚出现报错，Error displaying the error page，尝试使用之前备份的akeeba恢复时总是有一个中文名称的pdf上传失败，请问有啥好的解决方式 ，急！

原备份文件中将在linux空间中显示为乱码的文件删除后，重新备份，再次在本地测试恢复时遇到新问题；前台解压文件恢复数据库都没有问题，然后提示“运行安装程序”，至最后一部配置后台管理员密码后，点击“下一步”，页面报错，请指点问题原因；

查看错误日志中对应的记录显示为：D:/wamp/www/kickstart/.htaccess: Invalid command 'RewriteEngine', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration, referer: http://127.0.0.1/kickstart/installation/index.php?view=setup
